2. Is it necessary to visit the land before starting the project?
Yes, for us it is a fundamental part of the process. A site visit allows us to firsthand understand its dimensions, orientation, topography, access, and immediate surroundings.
This information is key to designing a realistic architectural proposal, adapted to the site and with a well-founded budget. In many cases, we also assess whether the state of the land or the existing building allows rehabilitation or if it is better to start from scratch.
3. Does the first meeting have any cost?
No. The first meeting is completely free, whether at our offices or via video call. It serves to listen to your ideas, answer your questions, and explain how we work.
If it is necessary to make a technical visit outside our usual area of operation, we could consider travel expenses, but we will always inform you clearly and transparently before scheduling.
4. Can you handle all the procedures and permits?
4.1. Comprehensive administrative management
We take care of all necessary procedures before public bodies and technical entities: building permits, urban planning permissions, prior reports, certificates, responsible declarations, and energy certifications.
4.2. Technical and regulatory advice
We review the applicable regulations in the municipality where the construction will be located, ensuring that the project adapts from the start to all current legal, urban planning, and environmental requirements.
4.3. Follow-up and resolution of procedures
Our team manages each file with constant monitoring, resolving observations and speeding up deadlines. The goal: so you don’t have to worry about anything and the start of construction is not delayed.
5. Do you also offer interior design and landscaping?
Yes. Our vision is to offer a complete experience so that the architecture, interiors, and exteriors communicate coherently.
We can handle complete interior design: layout, material selection, furniture, lighting, and decoration. We also work on landscaping so that gardens, patios, and exterior spaces integrate naturally with the house. All under the same aesthetic and technical language.
6. What phases must be completed before starting the construction project?
Before starting construction, it is essential to go through a series of phases that ensure the technical, legal, and financial solidity of the project. Everything starts with an initial meeting where we analyze your objectives, needs, lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and estimated budget. This initial exchange allows us to establish a clear basis on which to develop the proposal.
Once the client’s vision is understood, we conduct a site study. We visit the property to evaluate its orientation, access, topographic conditions, and specific urban planning regulations for the area. This technical analysis is key to confirming that the plot is viable for the desired type of construction and to anticipate any possible constraints.
With this information, we develop a preliminary architectural project: an initial proposal that includes ideas about layout, style, volume, and possible materials. We accompany this preliminary design with a realistic cost estimate, allowing us to align expectations from the beginning. This phase also starts the planning of permits and procedures, ensuring everything is in order before moving on to the execution of the work.
7. What happens if I want to make changes during construction?

Each change proposal is analyzed from a technical, aesthetic, and economic point of view, and we advise you to make an informed decision. We always look for realistic solutions that do not compromise quality or delivery deadlines.
8. Do you offer any warranty after delivery?
Yes. All our projects include structural and installation warranties according to current regulations, and we also guarantee finishes. In addition, we offer a personalized after-sales service. We are available to address any detail that may arise once you are living in the home: from minor adjustments to scheduled maintenance. Our relationship with clients is long-term.
9. Do you have standard projects or pre-designed houses?
We do not work with standard designs. Our approach is 100% personalized: each house is unique, designed from scratch for the client and the location. However, if you are in an initial stage and need inspiration, we can show you real examples of completed projects that can serve as a reference or starting point for your own project.
10. Is it possible to build in another location outside your usual area?
Yes. Although we mainly work in specific locations, we are prepared to develop projects in other areas if conditions allow. We study each case individually and assess logistical and technical viability. For us, the important thing is to maintain the quality level and control that characterize us, regardless of where the work is located.
